XWA Site and Forum Mandates ******Important******
Here at the Xbox Wrestling Alliance, we like to keep things simple and happy. However, we do realize without mandates, there is sure to be chaos. So without further ado, I wish to inform you of the rules and mandates governing the XWA Forum. There are three main principal guidelines: 1. Please be nice! Be supportive of all members of the XWA Community. Always remember that use of the forum is a privilege, not a right. 2. Please think before speaking! Nobody controls your posts save for yourself and the moderators. We do reserve the right to delete any posts that we deem detrimental or negative to the XWA Community or any individual member. 3. The Xbox Wrestling Alliance is a recreational, moderated forum where discussion of wrestling, video games, internet, and television among other things are permitted. However, XWA Staff reserves the right to remove, edit, move, or close any thread with or without reason or notice. Polite enquiries will be listened to. Any form of harassment will not be tolerated and is cause for instant banishment from the site. By registering with XWA, you agree to the following guidelines and policies. Because XWA is an online wrestling related community and to protect the interests of the CEO, Moderators, and all invested parties, ANY OF THE FOLLOWING WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE NEGATIVE ACTION AGAINST THE GUILTY PARTY: - Politics or political propaganda - Inflammatory discussions or loaded comments regarding social issues such as racism (racial slurs), sexism, religion, or homosexuality. - Trivial, disparaging, inappropriate, or disrespectful remarks directed any individual are not tolerated unless IN CHARACTER for storyline purposes. - ANY variation of HATE SPEECH is totally unacceptable here. - Pornography and any links to pornographic sites are not tolerated under any circumstances. These could lead to suspension of the XWA Forums and will not be tolerated even ONCE! - Unnecessarily violent or obscene imagery Scenes depicting themes such as rape, or any other brutality will not be tolerated in any form. - Piracy Users requesting or advertising warez (or links to warez sites), serial numbers, cracks, or illegally copied software documentation, are not welcome on this forum. The OCW Portal does not tolerate any members that, in any way, aid or encourage the use of illegally acquired software. General Notes Posts containing subject matter as listed above will be removed in all cases, and should the author of such posts persist in posting such matter, that user will no longer be allowed to post on the forums. The XWA Staff request that all users remain, at all times, respectful and courteous towards all other members of the forum. We believe that these guidelines are unbiased and acceptable, and that all users should respect our reasons for keeping them in place. Should a user have any problems or issues regarding any subject on the forum or the acts of any other user, they are encouraged to contact the Administrators who will attend to the matter. Users are also encouraged to use the Report this post function within threads, should they feel that any comments posted on the forums have violated any of the guidelines stipulated here.
